Homework
Tonight's homework:
- Read 20-30 minutes
- Christopher Columbus/Robin Hood worksheet (read and answer questions)
- Math: Multiplication practice* (Mad Minute tomorrow!)
*Students can time themselves to see how long it takes to finish - then check to see how many answers were correct OR students can try to see how many correct answers they can get in a given amount of time (e.g., 90 seconds).

Homework + Literacy Night
Tonight's homework:

- Enjoy the nice weather
Optional:
- Finish working on your Cat Story
Tonight is Literacy Night at Brownsville Elementary School. Parents and students are invited to stop by from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for a used book sale and to see some of the things we've been working on in Language Arts.
Students will be sharing their writing and some of their favorite books.

- Math: Finish perimeter/area packet (Due tomorrow)
Recommended:
- Spend some time thinking about your Cat Story. Take it home and brainstorm or add to your rough draft. We will work on them more tomorrow so please remember to bring it back if you take it home!
- Share what you learned about thunderstorms with somebody at home.
